Service Agreement

Effective Date: 01 January 2026

This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Signature Arc Consultancy, Satna, Madhya Pradesh, provides architectural, interior, and structural consultancy services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide the following services:

  • Architectural Design (2D & 3D)
  • Structural Consultancy & RCC Design
  • BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation
  • Interior Design & Space Planning
  • Commercial & Retail Fit-Out Consultancy
  • On-site Supervision (if agreed separately)

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information and site details
  • Provide required documents, drawings, and approvals
  • Make payments as per agreed schedule
  • Obtain statutory permissions where required

3. Payment Terms

Service fees shall be agreed upon before project commencement. Payments may be structured as:

  • Advance payment before design initiation
  • Milestone-based payments
  • Final payment before delivery of final drawings/documents

All payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

All drawings, designs, plans, BOQs, and documentation prepared by Signature Arc Consultancy remain intellectual property of the firm until full payment is received.

5. Project Timeline

Timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by incomplete information or payment delays are not the responsibility of Signature Arc Consultancy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide professional consultancy based on available site data and standards. However, we are not liable for:

  • Construction execution errors by contractors
  • Material defects supplied by third parties
  • Delays due to government approvals

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to termination date shall be billed accordingly.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
